The felt Dim Sum play food is a delightful culinary adventure for kids. Crafted with attention to detail, these adorable handcrafted pieces resemble the authentic dim sum dishes. Encourage your child's creativity and social skills as they host pretend yum chas (tea parties), operate their own dim sum restaurant, or practise their chopstick skills with these dumplings.

Our delightful felt Dim Sum set consist of a Pork Bun (Char Siew Pau), a Soup Dumpling, a Pan-fried Dumpling, a fried Wonton, a Siew Mai, Spinach Dumpling and a sweet Custard Bun in a shape of a rabbit.

Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese cuisine consisting of bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. The cuisine is often accompanied by tea drinking which is "Yum Cha".

This listing is only for a set of 7 dim sums, the bamboo steamer and other cutlery is not included in the set.

Customer photo review of Felt Dim Sum Yum Cha Play Food Set

My daughter is half Chinese and this is a wonderful way to include her culture into our play space. So simple but impactful. They look almost identical to the real thing (only fuzzy!). Wish it came with the bamboo steamer but I can easily source that. Very happy that Tara Treasures is so culturally inclusive, would love to see other cultures represented as well.!

Felt Dim Sum Yum Cha Play Food Set

They’re beautiful, exactly as advertised. I do think the steamer should come with this listing; otherwise, I acknowledge it’s a bit overpriced.

Amazing quality. Better than I could have imagined. My 18month old has been to yum cha a number of times and this is perfect! Can’t wait for my little boy to see these in his new kitchen for Christmas.
