Christmas Break 🎄
We are currently away on a short Christmas break and our warehouse is closed from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Orders can still be placed online during this time, and we will begin packing and fulfilling all orders from 5 January 2026when we return.

Resumption of Postal Services to the USA - 25 September 2025
We're pleased to share that Australia Post has resumed shipments to the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Important Update on U.S. Import Regulations:
Recent changes by the U.S. Federal Government have removed the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed goods under USD $800 to enter duty-free. As a result:
- Tariffs now apply to all imports: A 10% tariff on Australian goods, introduced in April 2025, now applies to all shipments, regardless of value.
- Higher processing costs: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has increased handling fees, which may impact the overall import cost
What This Means for US orders:
To account for these changes, Tara Treasures has adjusted pricing for orders shipped to the United States.
No action is required from US customers
All customs duties, tariffs, and processing fees are handled on our end - you won't need to pay anything extra or complete any additional paperwork upon delivery.

Delivery Standards (Estimated)
We ship from Melbourne, Australia. All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default, meaning the courier can leave your parcel without a signature.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post International (with tracking).
Please note for all international orders (except US):
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays may occur if your parcel is held by Customs.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cover these charges or guarantee delivery timeframes once the parcel leaves Australia.
For US orders only:
- All customs duties, tariffs, and processing fees are handled on our end — you won’t need to pay anything extra or complete any additional paperwork upon delivery.
Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link once your order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.
- PO Boxes are accepted via Australia Post.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@taratreasures.com
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please check common safe drop spots or with neighbours first. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
