Christmas Break 🎄
We are currently away on a short Christmas break and our warehouse is closed from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Orders can still be placed online during this time, and we will begin packing and fulfilling all orders from 5 January 2026when we return.
Emails will be responded to once we are back in the warehouse. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

- $120+: Free shipping

Express Shipping:
- Get your order 1 to 3 business days in most metro areas.
- Flat rate from $9.95 (orders $120+)
- Perfect for gifts or last-minute orders
International Shipping:

- Import duties, taxes & fees are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery Standards (Estimated)
We ship from Melbourne, Australia. All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default, meaning the courier can leave your parcel without a signature.

Delivery times are estimates and don’t include packing/processing time. Weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post International (with tracking).
Please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays may occur if your parcel is held by Customs.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cover these charges or guarantee delivery timeframes once the parcel leaves Australia.
Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link once your order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.
- PO Boxes are accepted via Australia Post.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@taratreasures.com
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please check common safe drop spots or with neighbours first. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
